We also had fish offspring from Braunschweiger Land: cute little Amphiprion ocellaris, A. percula in various breeding forms, which were looking forward to moving into a new anemone, as well as purple dwarf perch Pseudochromis fridmani, snails Turbo sp. and Euplica sp., algae Chaetomorpha linum and Caulerpa spp.

Using a stereo microscope, visitors were able to take a close look at coral polyps and other small animals.

We also distributed the flyers for the International Year of the Reef, IYOR2018 and the reader Korallenriffwissen. You could buy interesting marine literature, e.g. the book Netzwerk Korallenriff, to which GREEN CORALS also contributed some pictures, the book abgetaucht, which was published for the last IYOR2008, the Coral Finder and the Reef Finder – for those who want to deal with the identification of corals and marine animals.

Sandra, Helen and Stephan were busy packing up the corals and were on hand to answer any questions. Our dynamic show team shook the dismantling out of their sleeves in record time before we drove back with the trailer and the rest of the corals.

The next shows are the Zierfischbörse in Braunschweig on 17 March 2019 and TIERWELT in Magdeburg on 6 and 7 April.
